Shipping & Retuens


Kuohua Trading Co ships online orders Canada wide via Purolator or Canada Post.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the United States at this time.

Kuohua Trading Co collects applicable sales tax ( GST and PST or HST ) where applicable. Your order will be charged tax based on the destination province or territory that your order is being shipped.

Please note all prices shown on are in Canadian funds.


Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us confirming receipt of your order. You will receive another email with tracking detail once parcel is processed and dispatched.

Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time. Please be advised, regardless of the shipping method chose, Kuohua Trading Co cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.


Leave at Door

A delivery attempt will be made at the door, if no one is available and the item fits, it will be left in the address’s mail receptacle. If the item does not fit or the mail receptacle is full and there is a safe drop location, the item will be safe dropped. Should you wish to have your package left at your door, please check the delivery option “Please safe drop/Leave at Door” on the shipping address page during checkout.

Please only use this option if your area is safe for leaving package at door. Please note that neither Canada Post, Purolator or Kuohua Trading Co will be responsible for any loss delivery should you choose to use this delivery option. Please use this option at your own discretion. If safe drop is not possible, a Delivery Notice Card will be left, and the item will be available for pick up at the designated post office or Purolator store.

Do Not Safe Drop

Please check the delivery option “Do Not Safe Drop” on the shipping address page during checkout, if you do not wish to have your parcel left at your door, in the case where you are not home to receive it.

Signature Option

Should you wish to have the option of signature signed at delivery, please check the delivery option “Signature Required” on the shipping address page during checkout.

By purchasing the signature option, customers will ensure that a personal hand-off of the item occurs at delivery, and that there is proof of this activity. The name of the person signing is recorded as well as the signature.

Incorrect Shipping Address

In the event where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer for the order which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the shipment will be returned to Kuohua Trading Co at the customers expense. Please ensure to provide us with accurate shipping information including apartment numbers, floors, suites, units and/or any special delivery instructions particularly when delivering to office buildings, hotels, hospitals or other commercial location. If there are any specific instructions, please indicate in the comments section in your order. Neither Canada Post, Purolator nor Kuohua Trading Co is responsible for packages misdirected after delivery to the given address. Kuohua Trading Co reserves the right to review and adjust the shipping change assessed for an order, should an incorrect address was provided during order check out which results in a wrong shipping charge being assesses.

Unclaimed Packages

Canada Post or Purolator typically make up to 2 attempts to delivery your package to your door. If no one is home to receive the package at both attempts, a final pick-up notice will be left at your door or mail box to notify of the location to pick-up the package. You have up to 10 days to pick-up your package from the station after the first attempt. If after 10 days the package is still left unclaimed at the station, both Canada Post and Purolator will ship the unclaimed package back to us. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us by either Canada Post or Purolator, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost charged to Kuohua Trading Co by the carrier for the return delivery.

Why was my card declined?

Your card can be declined for many reasons, the most common of which are listed below:

  • The address does not match the address on the bank records
  • The postal code does not match the bank records
  • The card number has been entered incorrectly
  • The card security number of CVS number has been entered incorrectly
  • The card type that you are using is not accepted by us

Unfortunately we have no control over the authorization process. If the card continues to be declined, please contact your bank who should be able to provide the exact reason for this.

Your card is not charged when it is declined.


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return items purchased from us, simply return the unopened product within 7 calendar days of purchase. If we find that product has not been returned to us in a fully re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Under no circumstances may Kuohua Trading Co be held responsible for any damage that may have been caused to the products if the package has been opened during transport or at time of delivery. If you have received a wrong/ damaged product please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can take care of the issue in a timely manner. We may also request for photos of the condition of the products if they arrive damaged via Purolator or Canada Post. For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
